We are very excited to present the result of our latest collaboration with friends from Greece - an innovative interpretation of the classic Gose style that will surely surprise even the most experienced beer lovers. In our latest project, we decided to go a step further by creating a double Gose with 21 Plato extract, which combines tradition with modernity.
In the grist process, in addition to high-quality barley malt, we used oat flakes and wheat malt, which gives our beer a unique texture and full flavor. We decided to move away from traditional leavening with lactic bacteria and use innovative Philly Sour yeast. These special yeasts naturally produce lactic acid during fermentation, which allows us to precisely control the acidity of the beer, giving it a unique character.
But the real star of our Gose is the exotic combination of ingredients that we have added to the beer, creating a refreshing cocktail of flavors. Pineapple and banana bring sweetness and tropical depth, calamansi - small but powerful citrus fruits from the Philippines - add acidity and freshness, and coconut perfectly rounds the whole thing, bringing a note of creamy sweetness and holiday memories.
Our double Gose is not just beer, it is a journey to the heart of the tropics that you can take without leaving your home. Created in cooperation with our Greek friends, it is a tribute to friendship, a common passion for beer and a constant desire to experiment.
