一家の主である父親達が皆飲んでいたビールを現代風にしたというドライホップドピルスナー。しっかり目のカーボネーションがモルトの軽快な風味を立たせ、さらにドライホッピングで使われているシムコーホップのフローラルやハーブのようなアロマも感じられます。
The Dad Beer is a modern take on the beer all our dads used to drink back in the hay day. This modern German Pils utilizes Jordal yeast, a form of Kveik, fermenting at a hotter temperature replicating the effects of lagering in a fraction of the time. The high carbonation accentuates the light malt flavor and opens the floral and herbal aromatics of the simcoe dry hop. The normal alcohol level makes this an all day, refreshing, crisp, and crushable beer. Take a note from dad, crack a can of this beer, do some lawn work, and make a day of it!
