ネルソンソーヴィン、モザイククライオ、そしてアブストラク社のストラータホップを使用。

マンゴー、ライムの皮、ハニードューメロンの香りに続き、マンゴスチン、ネクタリン、バニラのジューシーな風味が広がります。

この2社のブリュワリーは、Frigid.Cloudというクラウド型冷却システムを米国で初めて導入し、エネルギー消費を抑えたサステナブルな醸造にも取り組んでいます。

Cloud Pleaser is a murky IPA brewed in collaboration with Ambitious Ales, packed with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata Abstrax hops (and crafted using less energy!). This beer celebrates innovation and sustainable brewing: we were the first two U.S. breweries to install Frigid.Cloud, a cloud-based cooling system that boosts efficiency and reduces energy use throughout the brewing process. Aromas of mango, lime zest, and honeydew give way to mouthwatering flavors of mangosteen, nectarine, and vanilla. Juicy, flavorful, and better for the planet—Cloud Pleaser lives up to its name.
