ウエストコーストの雰囲気を持つ「Santilli」は、グレープフルーツの香りと松のような力強い風味が特徴です。

ブリュワリーのタップルームの住所にちなんで名付けられたこのビールは、2015年にファン投票で定番商品化され、翌年には2016年ワールドビアカップのアメリカンIPA部門で銅メダルを受賞しました。

その起源と同じくらい印象的なフレーバーは、コミュニティの優れた味覚の力を物語っています。

鮮やかなゴールドの液面からは、グレープフルーツの皮と松葉の香りが漂います。

前面には大きなシトラスフレーバーと軽やかなモルトの甘みが広がり、後味はクリーンで心地よい苦味と爽やかさが続きます。

An IPA with west coast vibes, Santilli is grapefruity, piney and unapologetically bold. Named after our taproom’s street address in Everett, Santilli was voted into production by our fans, and has become an award-winning fan favorite. With flavors as memorable as its origin story, Santilli is a testament to the power of our community’s great taste.

Santilli is our flagship IPA, known for its bright, unhazy appearance and bold, piney bite. Its recipe was actually crowdsourced through our fanbase in 2015. The next year, Santilli won the Bronze Medal in the American IPA category at the 2016 World Beer Cup.

This IPA pours bright gold with a nose of grapefruit zest and pine needles. It’s packed with big citrus flavors and a light, malty sweetness up front, finishing clean, pleasantly bitter, and crisp.
