ベルリンの暖かな日陰のビアガーデンにいる自分を想像してみてください。グラスに注いでいるのは、ベルリナーヴァイス。酸味が少なく、フルーツシロップで割るのが一般的です。初夏にぴったりの爽やかな飲み物です。このビールにはアプリコットが使われており、酵母の持つ桃の風味とよく調和して、ソフトで酸味のあるフルーティーなビールに仕上がっています。 ギリシャの伝説に登場する黄金の果実「不和の林檎」に刻まれた銘文に由来し、「最も美しい者のために」という意味が込められています。
Picture yourself in a warm, shady beer garden in Berlin. The glass you are raising to your lips? A Berliner Weisse - mildly sour and often mixed with a little fruit syrup. The perfect refreshing drink for early summer. Our version is made with apricots that blend well with the peach character of the yeast for a soft, tart, and fruity beer. The name comes from the inscription on the Apple of Discord - the golden fruit of Greek legend - and means "for the most beautiful".
