From full of brightness to the, well, this is some dark shit, very, very dark, no other way to put it. And we, are into it. We close out 2022 with a never-before made West Coast IPA that celebrates something that's tickled us for centuries; Scaphism. Made with Mosaic + Simcoe Hops, it is a sticky smorgasbord, welcoming to all and soaking with flavors of sweet Botulism, chunky overgrown Bacteria and freshly sunbaked Flesh. At 7% ABV, Scaphism's barbaric nature is good to the gristle, a feast fulfilled by the unlucky, set adrift for a brutal final voyage.
Scaphism is the way to go, all covered in resinous and dank flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and grapefruit.
