Trade Winds is a Grapefruit Ponzu Gose brewed in collaboration with Dangerous Ales using local grapefruit, handcrafted ponzu and Gippsland sea salt. Bright, zesty and refreshingly tangy with subtle savoury umami complexity and a clean citrus finish.
Our friends at Dangerous Ales love zesty citrus and oceanic tang as much as we do, so we brewed another collaboration beer together.
Made with local grapefruits, handcrafted ponzu and sea salt harvested from the Gippsland coastline, Trade Winds tastes like a summer breeze.
