NZ産のSovereignとNelson Sauvinをホールホップで使用し、ほのかなアロマと共にSession Bitterとも言われる穏やかな味わい。突出したキャラは無く落ち着いたバランスが特徴。
Originally brewed to commemorate the wedding of Prince William & Kate, Windsor Knot is made with two specially selected hops, Sovereign and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand.
