現地では、ブルワリー最初のカスク用エールとしても知られており看板商品。
GoldingとFugglesのホールリーフホップを使用し、スタイルとしてはほのかにホップ感も感じられるお手本のようなBitter.
Our first cask ale was launched on St. George’s Day 2010. The famous bearskin hats worn by the Guard regiments based in Windsor was our inspiration for this classic Best Bitter.
Guardsman is a copper-coloured classic ale with a tangy taste, and a fresh hop aroma. Brewed with premium Maris Otter Pale and Crystal malts along with Golding and Fuggles hops (4.2% abv)
