Pie Inspired Imperial Berliner Weisse
Our third Berliner in the pie-style series is a key lime pie-inspired ale that is packed with a bright, zesty punch to keep you cool on these warm summer days. The addition of key lime puree and our house prop gives off a strong lemon-lime aroma that incites a perceived acidity. However, with a healthy addition of lactose, vanilla beans, and residual sugars from fermentation, this beer is still creamy and sweet with just enough tingly acidity to keep the pints and good times flowing.
