年1回作られる定番BA Imperial Stoutの11作目。
今回は有名なテネシーウィスキーの樽を使用しました。
キャラメルのような甘い香りとウイスキーのキャラクターがスモーキーな要素を打ち消しているが、まだかなり存在感のあるピート香が12%という実際のアルコール度数とともに、ダークチョコレートファッジ、リッチプラム、果実味とタールのような外観が加わり、複雑な味わいと共に飲みやすさを保っています。

Our beloved peated stout is back for its eleventh incarnation! Black Lung XI has arrived!

Black Lung is all about brewing the biggest, booziest and smokiest stout possible and popping it into really, really, ridiculously delicious barrels and this year is absolutely no exception. For this year's barrels we’ve gone with an American cult classic from a very well-known Tennessee Whiskey producer...we’ll leave the guess work up to you!

These Tennessee Whiskey barrels have given our eleventh Black Lung a distinct smooth and okay flavour and, in keeping with tradition, a seriously shmokin’ finish!
