US産Citra、オーストラリア産Galaxy、NZ産Pacificaの組み合わせでドライホップした、深みのある麦わら色で魅惑的に霞がかったHazy IPA。最初グレープフルーツシトラス、その後トロピカルフルーツのブーケのように、ライチ、ホワイトピーチ、パッションフルーツが覆いかぶさってくる。

Courtesy Wave is a re-brew of one of our favourite hazy IPAs from 2022. Just like last time, we have dry-hopped this bad boy with an all-time combo of Citra, Galaxy and Pacifica. It pours a glowing light straw colour with a deep and mesmerising haze. The mouthfeel is full and textural, with sticky hop notes gliding through. Upfront citrus, with a backend tropical bouquet of lychee, white peach, grapefruit and passionfruit. The finish is soft and packed full of passionfruit and orange cordial. Just like not offering a courtesy wave when someone lets you in, it would be absolutely rude not to grab one of these this weekend.
