Field Proper (8%) This hazy unfiltered India Pale Ale was brewed with our classic grist consisting of brewers two row, NY grown six row, white wheat, and flaked oats. After our mash, we hit this DIPA in the cooled whirlpool with Mosaic, and then pitched our house hazy strain. A heavy double dry hop of El Dorado with a touch of more Mosaic and then off to packaging. We wanted to showcase El Dorado in this beer which is a hop we seldom use. The result; really nice aromas of pear and stone fruit. Flavors of orange candied fruit slices, and tropical punch. Overall, a really refreshing and expressive double IPA.
