Cloudwater in Manchester, England was founded in 2014. Manchester is where the British modern beer scene started and Cloudwater are the front runners. They are using the latest brewing science and techniques to brew the best beer they can with modern technology. They also love using seasonal ingredients so the beer they offer changes throughout the year. They also run two taprooms, one in their hometown of Manchester and one in London.
