ビタースイートという品種のリンゴを使い、その名前の通り甘みと苦味がガツンと楽しめるアップルサイダー。
他のサイダーで使うリンゴよりタンニン※を多く含む品種を使い醸造することで、甘みも苦味もしっかり感じられる仕上り。
※食品に含まれるポリフェノールの一種 味わいのバランスが取れているため飲みやすさはそのままに、いつものアップルサイダーとは一味違う一杯。
原材料：リンゴ果汁 / pH調整剤(リンゴ酸)、酸化防止剤(ピロ亜硫酸カリウム)
