いつの時代も技術者は大切。経験と知恵の集結をさせ、微調整を繰り返し最高のビールのお膳立て。影の功労者に捧げる、特別なSour。

副原料として、ライム・シナモン・ココナッツ・カカオニブ・乳糖・はちみつ・ブラウンシュガー…とさまざまな素材を投入し、Waimeaでドライホップ。豊かなココナッツの香りに誘われて、口に含むたびに鮮やかなライムの酸味が広がる。さらに、ほのかに感じるトロピカルなニュアンス、後味にはシナモンとカカオニブの繊細な余韻が優しく香り、心地良い締めくくりに。

飲めば飲むほどに新発見。エキゾチックな飲み口とは裏腹な奥ゆかしさにドキドキが止まらない！サワーの新時代の幕開けはTechnicianと共に。

Some Hop Dudes were built for it. The Technician however, is legend. For decades he has assembled and calibrated the cauldrons and alethiometers of the Alchemist, tweaking and fine tuning, adjusting and straight up wizarding. No electrical apparatus too complex, no malt mill conveyor too steep, in the world of the Hop Dude he is the be-all and the end-all of all that is sorcered and conjured in this our intense and fleeting game. He makes it look easy - a testament to the value of experience and to a rare and excellent adventure unlike any other.

"The Technician" returns, reality-ing and dialing in the goodies. He’s back at his shenanigans yet again, with his trademark key lime base and a ton (several kgs) of funky adjuncts for twists and turns and flavor curveballs. Coconut, cacao nibs and other goodies round out a magic-packed Cinco de Mayo of flavor that just might take you all the way (Idk about you but I am totally down with going all the way).
