MCBCのオートクリームIPAの限界を超えて初めてのアイスクリームIPAを作ることで実験し、さらにその限界に挑戦しています。このビールには新鮮なライチとバナナを加え、乳糖の添加を増やすことでさらに贅沢な甘さを与えています。BRU-1とCitraの後期添加により、パイナップルとストーンフルーツのトロピカルなフレーバーが鮮やかになり、オートクリームIPAとは一線を画す複雑さとユニークな個性を与えています。

hilst this beer really has nothing to do with a duck that drinks milkshakes, or a duck made of milkshakes or, indeed, a milkshake made of ducks, it does see us experiment and push our own limits by creating our first ever Ice Cream IPA, an extension of our Oat Cream IPA range.

Bursting with fruity notes that are not usually associated with our hazy IPA's, we have added fresh lychee and banana to this beer and increased the lactose addition giving it an extra indulgent sweetness. The signature pillowy haze has been dialed back to brighten up the tropical flavours of pineapple and stone fruit from the late addition of BRU-1 and Citra, adding complexity and giving the style a unique personality, far removed from it's OCIPA's lineage.
