両方の醸造の世界観を融合させたエキサイティングなものを作成しました。
爽やかな酸味と、お茶のひねり、ピリッとしたベリーとバラの花びらの香り、ほんのり甘みのあるフルボディーのラズベリーに続いて、お茶のブレンドからの絶妙なハーブとフローラルのノートを期待してください。
We’ve teamed up with local tea mixologists, @birdandblendtea to bring both worlds of brewing together in this collaboration. Using our knowledge of beer & their knowledge of tea we've created something exciting with a real fusion between both brewing worlds!
The concept was to create a hybrid beer based on Bird & Blends popular "Blue Raspberry Tea" blend.
Starting with a Berliner Weisse malt base and using experimental hop "HBC 630" which gives sweet berry-like characters of raspberry & cherries which we then backed up with 400KG of fresh Raspberries to build on the depth of flavour, aroma and vibrant colour.
Expect a refreshing and tart 5.2% Sour with a tea twist. Tangy berries & rose petals on the nose. Full-bodied Raspberry with a slight sweetness followed by subtle herbal and floral notes from the tea blend.
