As we continue our journey into IPA’s, we wanted to create a beer that represents our favourite elements of both East and West Coast styles.
Using modern brewing techniques and making specific changes to our water profile, along with extensive hop whirlpool additions we’ve achieved huge aroma and flavour in this 6% Cashmere, Citra & Chinook hopped IPA.
Huge tropical stone fruits & fresh pine needles give a clean bitterness and are backed up with citrus fruits and pithy grapefruit in this super smooth, soft & full-bodied IPA.
