モルトには2-Row, Oat, Carafoamを使い滑らかで柔らかい口当たり。
ホップにはMosaic、El Dorado、Simcoeと現代のIPAに欠かせない3種を使用。
柑橘類や松の木、ほんのりと土のようなアーシーさを思わせるアロマが特徴的です。
口に含むと色鮮やかなトロピカルフルーツジュースのような味わい。
柑橘、アプリコット、パッションフルーツ、木苺のようなニュアンスと、アロマ同様松のような風味にしっかりとしたダンク感が楽しめます。

We crafted Cross My Heart with copious amounts of Mosaic, Eldorado, and Simcoe hops, lending mouth-wateringly delicious flavors and aromas, while two-row, oat, and carafoam malts bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Enjoy bright, fruity citrus and earthy pine on the nose, followed by all the flavors of a tropical fruit medley – citrus, apricot, passion fruit, and berry – balanced with piney, earthy, dank notes, providing a delicate and daring duo, just like you’d find in your favorite alt rom-com.
