我々の太平洋に触発されて造られた冷たく、酸味とわずかな塩気のあるリフレッシングなサワーエールです。ヤキナ湾の海水を自分たちの手で収穫し使用、酸味とわずかな塩気を持ったビールが誕生しました。
With our brewery sitting on the Pacific Ocean, all that salt air went to our heads and had us dreaming of a cold, refreshing salty sour ale. So, we went out on the water and hand-harvested our own Yaquina Bay sea salt to brew the beer of our dreams. Tart and with a pinch of salt, this beer reminds us of our home.
Ingredients: 2-Row, White Wheat, Acidulated Malt; Rogue Farms Independent Hops; Coriander, Hand-harvested Yaquina Bay Sea Salt; Imperial Kaiser Yeast & Free Range Coastal Water.
