世界初、横浜のブランド梨「浜なし」を使用。浜なしは、収穫後すぐに完売してしまい市場に滅多に出回らないことから、幻の梨といわれています。この梨は甘みがありながら繊細で、このビールのベース、ゴーゼによくマッチします。ゴーゼは、Leipzigという町の伝統的なジャーマンビールのスタイルで、爽やかな酸味とわずかな塩味があります。
浜なしごーぜは梨のアロマがアクセントにあり、エレガント、ドライでさっぱりとした低アルコールなビール。

The world’s first craft beer using “hamanashi” – A specialty of Yokohama. Hamanashi are often called ‘phantom’ pears as they are often a harvested and sold immediately, not seen by the public in markets. These pears are sweet yet subtle and match well with the base beer, Gose – A traditional German beer style from the town of Leipzig with refreshing acidity and slight saltiness. Hamanashi Gose is an elegant, refreshing, dry, low alcohol beer with a hint of pear aroma.
