DDH INTERSTELLAR SKYLIGHT is a New England DIPA brewed with @obercreekbrewing, we
literally get asked for this beer to return on a daily basis so when they came for a visit a few
weeks back we had to fill a tank together. Brewed with a ton of oats and wheat, this beer was
hopped on the hot side with some Citra Incognito, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 pellets. We dry hopped
this with Citra, Strata, Nelson, and Galaxy and this go around we increased the hopping rate
exponentially. This one pours hazy with a thick fluffy head. Soft on the pallet, it has saturated
notes of peach and passion fruit
