The year before everything stopped we teamed up with US sour ale innovators Cascade Brewing. 3 years later we can finally enjoy the labours of our joint venture!
Fermented and aged in Amarone barrels for 2 years then conditioned on cherries for a further 4 months, you can expect a crisp and tart yet rounded cherry sour with undertones of oak. Lost Field pours an eye-catchingly vibrant shade of red, and after so long in the darkness, we can’t wait to share this bright and delicious beer with you!
