For our 9th anniversary we teamed up with our friends at Troon and Fidens to brew up this imperial IPA with Citra hops in the kettle and hops of choice from Troon (Galaxy) and Fidens (Nelson Sauvin). We used our hand selected Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin lots which are both really great! Big passion fruit, peach, tropical citrus, grapefruit and white wine notes.
