Our friends Evan and Brian at Green Cheek are some of the most pumped up, having a good time all the time guys we know. Evan looks young but he’s been kicking around the biz for almost 20 years, about the same time frame as Sam, and we always are able to bond on how far craft beer has come in that time and how lucky we are to be on the journey. Both breweries are currently hyped on experimental variety HBC586 which combines well with Citra so we used both in this imperial IPA. Cheers to 20 more years.
