Cosmic Soup is a juicy IPA that is brewed using a special strain of yeast. This yeast has the incredible ability to change non-fruity compounds into something that tastes like tropical fruits
Coming in at a 6.4% ABV, this IPA is dry-hopped with Citra Cryo, Simco, Galaxy, whirlpool hop with Idaho 7, unconventional mash hop with Saaz and Cascade to maximize the fruitiness.
On the nose you’ll smell aromas of fresh-cut grapefruit, passionfruit, gooseberry, guava and papaya.
It has a medium-high bitterness with a light and silky mouthfeel from rye, wheat and oats.
