Traditional German-style lager made with 100% German malt and hops. Deep reddish-brown color from Munich malt and the double decoction mash process. Aroma is all malt with notes of toasted malt, plum and raisin. Rich malt flavor with more of the same. A festive beer for the cold months whilst ruminating on world events.
