We have a few autumnal Waterbeach Weisses in the works starting with this classic dark fruit combo.
Our low alc mixed culture berliner weisse style base conditioned on 200 g/l blackberry purée and raspberry purée. A lovely richness from the fruit, juicy fresh rasps backed up by jammy blackberries. The beer finishes acidic and dry. Delicious autumn refreshment
