Our latest creation is a truly juicy, flavorful beer that pushes the boundaries of what's possible. By adding New Zealand Phantasm® Sauvignon Blanc grape powder during the whirlpool process, we have been able to extract thiols to later create a new range of rich tropical aromas in fermentation.

To create this unique beer, we add Cascade and Idaho 7 hops during the mash and Phantasm® during the whirlpool, then ferment the wort with Whitelabs Tropicale yeasts . And to top it off, we added Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Citra Cryo at the dry-hop stage to round out the hop additions.

The end result is an intensely aromatic and flavorful beer that explodes with notes of guava, passion fruit, mango and grape, along with hints of sour caramel. We are delighted to have pushed the limits with this beer. Looking forward to trying it!
