乳酸菌を使用せず、汚染リスクのない発酵時の乳酸生成を特徴とするクルイベロミセス酵母で発酵。エレガントに作られた酸味に、パッションフルーツの生搾り果汁 の柑橘感が加わった、華やかで爽快な酸味をキュッと感じるサワーエール。
It is the first born, brewed with Kluyveromyces thermotolerans. This yeast has the characteristic of producing lactic acid during primary fermentation. Thus a sour ale was created without the use of lactic bacteria or other microorganisms that can "pollute" the production plant, creating an elegant and fine acidity. To this was added the passion fruit pulp, to emphasize the acidity and create a beer with character.
