ワイルド&サワービールシリーズよりオレゴン産のストーンフルーツにフォーカスしたビールが登場。前作の「ストーンフルーツシンフォニー」では桃とネクタリンを使用したが、今作ではネクタリンのみを使用しフレンチオーク樽で熟成。夏に収穫されたオレゴン産のネクタリンが使用され、樹上で完熟したフルーツのフレッシュさ、ジューシーさが存分に感じられる仕上がり。フルーツ感とバランスの取れた爽やかな酸味が感じられ、ほのかなオークと土の香りが締めくくる。
Allow us to present to you our expression of the 2022 stone fruit harvest! Unlike Stonefruit Symphony, which was a blend of both peaches and nectarines, we decided this time to focus on just the nectarines. This snapshot of Oregon summertime boasts a luscious and fleshy nectarine essence with every sip. We believe that stone fruit character this vibrant has to come from whole, tree-ripened nectarines, and once you’ve had a chance to taste it, we think you’ll agree. Bold fruit balances with a refreshing acidity, while subtle oak and earthy notes round out the experience.

Microbes: Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus
Food pairings: Grilled pork loin, burrata with olive oil and sea salt, rice pudding with cinnamon and vanilla cream, biscuit with rosemary and honey butter
