　醸造元Almar OrchardのオーナーJim Koan。

彼の心の友であり、そして同じミシガン州に拠点を置く農家でもあるGarthe FarmsのGene Gartheとのコラボレーションにより誕生した、オーガニックのリンゴとオーガニックの洋梨を使った無濾過のペリー（洋梨酒）がこのThe Pair Perry。

二人は互いに有機農業のあり方について意見を出し合い、討論を重ね、情熱を表現し合い、そして分かち合ってきた。

二つの農家、二人の農夫、二種類の果実が一つのペリーを生み出すためにAlmar Orchardに集結。

これは素晴らしいペアー（Pear）だね！　少し霞みがかった金色。

洋梨のアロマ。

味わいは洋梨、たっぷりの甘みが押し寄せてくる。

デザートドリンクとして、はたまたシャルキュトリーのお供としても完璧だろう。

　「The Pair Perry」の名称はJimとGeneの二人を意味する“Pair”に、洋梨を意味する“Pear”を被せたものとなっている。

原材料：リンゴ果汁、洋梨果汁

Pear and apple are two botanically similar fruits: however, each fruit provides a different eating experience. We at Almar Orchards, have taken these two fruits (which have been organically grown on our farm), blended their juices to perfection and then fermented that juice with our own natural yeast. The result is a pleasantly sweet drink, almost a nectar, where the tiny bubbles sing and praise our perfect pairing.
