しばらくぶりですが、夏はフルーティーでサワーなビールが最高の季節です。今回は、白桃、ブラッドピーチ、クレメンタインをたっぷりと加えました。結果は、控えめな酸味でありながら、フルーティーホップと共鳴するフルーツフレーバーが楽しめる、ファジーネーブルカクテルを彷彿とさせるビールに仕上がりました。

It’s been a while, but summertime is the best time for a fruity and sour beer. This time, we’ve packed our brew with heaps of white peaches, blood peaches, and clementines. The result is a tart beer that’s not overdone, with fruit flavors that resonate beautifully with the fruity hops we used, resembling a fuzzy navel cocktail.
