柑橘やハーブを感じさせるホップブレンドで品良くまとめた前作「たまゆら」に対し、酵母とホップのトロピカルな個性を前面に引き出した「かぐわし」は、その名のとおり華やかで香りをたのしむブロンドエール。
もちろんシリーズに共通するシンプルで飽きのこない飲みやすさと二次発酵のきめの細かい泡は健在で、これからの季節に楽しんでもらえること間違いなし。
Compared to our recent "Tamayura", that had a citrus and herb-forward hop blend, this time we went in the tropical direction. As usual, we aimed to go simple, making a beer that you won't tire of drinking, and through secondary fermentation you can both experience the full strong carbonation in line with the classic Belgian renditions of the blonde style, while enjoying how the beer changes over time. A beer for today, tomorrow, and the day after!
