An ale brewed with NSW grown regenerative organic barley and wheat, hopped with organic NZ Motueka hops.
Unfiltered and bottle conditioned, Dreamin' showcases the younger side of our mixed house culture wholly collected from native flowers in NSW. Dreamin' sits alongside beers like Vibe and Serenity (just trying to keep the Castle references alive) and is an ale made with regenerative organic barely and wheat, hopped generously in the kettle and dry-hopped with organic Motueka. It's super clear, decently rustic with a full mouthfeel. A really stripped back beer, we are loving it.
Luke's tasting notes - Wonderfully lifted hoppy nose, floral, juicy citrus, pops of pear and a resiny punch. Soft white blossoms and a creamy grain edge... bright and uncomplicated but beautifully engaging. Clean simple lines across the palate, hop flavours and citrus... a lovely mid palate weight that leads to a firm cleansing bitterness.
