A Black IPA is something we’ve been wanting to get in the schedule for quite some time, so we’re very excited to be able to share this with you!
We’ve started out with a malt base of pale malt, rye, dark crystal and carafa 3 to give a slightly caramelised, spicy and dark base while being restrained on roast character.
A big hop charge of Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Centenntial makes for a deliciously chewy, dank, piney and floral beer.
