There’s just something about those South Pacific hops that drives us wild; particularly the varieties we’re able to source from the incredible growing region of New Zealand.
Rightly regarded as some of the most sought after hops on the planet, we’ve decided to make a celebration of all things Kiwi with Waiting for You.
Going with a gentle whirlpool addition of Waimea sets the pace on this beer with a gentle bitterness running throughout, before cold side additions of NZ titans Nelson Sauvin and Moutere, along with a final whisper of more Waimea impart a metric tonne of powerfully pungent citrus notes, a tropical medley of dragonfruit, mango, and papaya, as well as those characteristic Nelson notes of freshly crushed gooseberries, peach, and passionfruit.
A truly special beer brewed in honour of a truly special hop growing region of the world.
