同じくカナダはカルガリーのEstablishment Brewingとのコラボレーションで造られたスペインスギとオレンジを使用したインペリアルスタウト。スペインスギで熟成させ、そこに苦みのあるオレンジを漬込んだ。そこにデメララシュガーも投入。ダークチョコレートやコーヒーを想わせる濃厚なフレーバーにフレッシュなウッディーさ、シトラスの爽快なフレーバーにシナモンの様なスパイシーさが感じられる。滑らかなマウスフィールと共に濃密かつ少々複雑な味わいが口内に広がり、程よい甘味ある余韻が心地良い。

Crafted in collaboration with Calgary's The Establishment Brewing Company, it boasts a rich, layered flavour profile with warm notes of oak and vanilla, balanced with a smooth sweetness. Featuring artwork by Salvador Verano C. from Pachuca, Mexico, this stout is a bold exploration of flavour and creativity.
