同じくカナダはカルガリーのEstablishment Brewingとのコラボレーションで造られたスペインスギとオレンジを使用したインペリアルスタウト。スペインスギで熟成させ、そこに苦みのあるオレンジを漬込んだ。そこにデメララシュガーも投入。ダークチョコレートやコーヒーを想わせる濃厚なフレーバーにフレッシュなウッディーさ、シトラスの爽快なフレーバーにシナモンの様なスパイシーさが感じられる。滑らかなマウスフィールと共に濃密かつ少々複雑な味わいが口内に広がり、程よい甘味ある余韻が心地良い。

Featuring artwork by Salvador Verano C. from Pachuca, Mexico, this stout is a bold exploration of flavour and creativity.
