「スペインSoma Beerとは新しい醸造プロセスを比べ合わせるために少なくとも年に二回コラボビールを醸造しています。
今回のコラボでは、終わりのない濃厚なホッピービールの探求の中で試す新しい要素の組合せを実行。ドライホッピングを月まで往復させたぐらいの3種のホップを使ったこのDIPAは、レモネード、熟したマンゴー、ストロベリーの香りが特徴です。」

In collaboration with Soma , we present Bismuth , a Double NEIPA that will immerse you in an explosion of flavors and aromas . This beer stands out for its silky, cloudy body , the result of a careful selection of malts and hops.

Appearance
Intense golden color and cloudy appearance, crowned by a persistent white foam that invites you to take the first sip.

Scent
A symphony of tropical and citrus notes, with Motueka hops adding nuances of fresh lime, Citra intensifying with hints of mango and citrus, and Bru-1 adding subtle notes of pineapple and resin.

Flavor
On the palate, Bismuth offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of tropical fruits and a moderate bitterness. Its body is smooth and velvety, with balanced carbonation that enhances every nuance of flavor. The finish is clean, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that invites you to continue enjoying it.

Pairing
