まるで西海岸の風が吹き抜けるような、軽やかでドリンカブルな一杯。ベースはエクストラペールのピルスナーモルト。そこにCitraとKrushの鮮烈なホップアロマが主張し、シンプルな酵母が雑味を一切排除。明るくクリアな液色、シャープな苦味、爽やかな柑橘感。余計なものはそぎ落とし、ホップの魅力だけを丁寧に引き出したCali IPAの新境地。
City Limits is a new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the West Coast of the US. We’ve made a super simple change by using just extra pale pilsner malt, Citra and Krush - two of our favourite hops right now - and a plain Joe yeast strain. This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Slip in, the water’s nice.
