Columbusを主体として、Ella, Motueka, Cenntenialを使用。

超Dankで超ガツンとくるアロマとボディ、そこにじわじわ広がる柑橘感。

なかなか今では見られないスタイルではありますが、ホップの苦さ、荒々しさ、力強さを表現した武闘派なビールです。

Sometimes it’s nice to switch things up, so we brewed an ultra-hardcore beer.

Built around Columbus hops, with Ella, Motueka, and Centennial added to the mix.

An intensely dank, punchy aroma and full body, followed by a slowly spreading citrus character.

It’s a style you don’t see much these days, but this is a true brawler of a beer — expressing the bitterness, rawness, and power of hops.
