ここ最近はフェス会場のフードに合うようなビールと、甘みの強いセルツァー、という2液種をつくっていますが、今回のフェス飯用ビールはYUZU CHILI IPA。

その名の通り、ゆず果汁とハバネロを使ったIPAです。

ゆずのジューシーな柑橘感と、Simcoe, Comet, Centennial, Mosaic, Elani, Riwakaといった柑橘&トロピカルなホップたちが心地の良い香りとフレーバーを奏でます。
フィニッシュのほのかな酸味とピリリとした辛味が非常に次の一口を誘う、満足感のある一杯です。

Lately, we’ve been brewing two types of drinks for festivals: beers designed to pair well with festival food, and sweet, fruit-forward seltzers. For this event, our food-friendly beer is YUZU CHILI IPA.

As the name suggests, this IPA is brewed with yuzu juice and habanero peppers.
⁡
The juicy citrus character of yuzu combines beautifully with a lineup of citrusy and tropical hops — Simcoe, Comet, Centennial, Mosaic, Elani, and Riwaka — creating a vibrant aroma and flavor. A subtle acidity and gentle heat on the finish invite you back for the next sip, delivering a deeply satisfying drinking experience.

It pairs perfectly with burgers and BBQ, and is also an excellent match for ramen.
