海は、時間によってさまざまな表情を見せる。驚くほど美しい青空の下、日が沈み、夕焼けに染まれば、やがて魅惑的な紫の空へと変わっていく。それでも海は、波を静かに寄せては返し、そこに佇む。

そして僕らも、どんな時でも。ドリンカブルなこの一杯とともに、海を眺め、悠々自適に過ごすだけ。

モルトの印象に加え、レモングラスを思わせるハーバルで爽やかなアロマ。モルティーさはありつつも、軽やかなボディにスッキリとした飲み口で、残暑を盛り上げる夏の相棒。

I was tempted to call this one "WCB Super Dry" or "WCB Lite" - but for fear of copyright/trademark/IP lawyers and other legal bs, defense mechanisms [built up over years and years of screwing shit up] (aka "common sense") prevailed. I get it. IPs. It's a thing.

So back to the chase. Hop Dudes set the finishing gravity to this one at literally MINUS. The aim with this elixir was two-fold: 1) Dial-in something that would go impeccably with all of the tasty Japanese summer cuisine and 2) Be ice cold and refreshing, high carb and non-invasive, while punting the blistering heat to another dimension.
