The beer we’ve brewed the most, drunk the most, and argued over the playlist to the most. Born in a Hackney shed, tweaked and perfected over years, earning its place as a permanent fixture on the brew schedule.
It’s hazy, soft, and powered by the mango-grapefruit-tangerine trifecta you get from Mosaic and Citra hops. It’s juicy, without going full juice cleanse. There’s bitterness, there’s balance, and it actually tastes like beer. Imagine that.
