今回のビアラボの仕込みでは、Dry Irish Stout特有のスッキリとしたキレはそのままに、コーヒー、ローストココナッツ、そしてラム酒を絶妙にブレンド。奥行きのあるコクと豊かな風味が広がる一杯に仕上げました！☕️

The Windjammer, the legendary sailing ship that once ruled the high seas during the Age of Discovery, has traveled through time to dock here at the Kyoto Beer Lab!! ⚓️

Once transported to the Caribbean, the Dry Irish Stout underwent a unique evolution in Jamaica, transforming into a luscious, velvety stout with rich notes of dark chocolate. 🇯🇲

In our brew, we’ve kept the crisp, clean finish of a Dry Irish Stout while blending in coffee, roasted coconut, and a touch of rum to create a deep, aromatic profile full of character. ☕️
