同じくオンタリオ州オタワのブルワリー、Dominion Cityとのコラボレーションで造られたウェストコーストIPA。タンジェリンを想わせる爽快な風味、アプリコットを想わせるジューシーなニュアンスに、杉を彷彿とさせるウッディーなニュアンスも感じられる。スムースな口当たりと共にフルーティな味わいが口内いっぱいに広がり、最後すっきりと青みのある苦みでドライに締めくくられる。

One for the East, one for the West!

A few years ago, we brewed West of the Moon while Dominion City made East of the Sun, our very first collabs together. These beers reflected not just where we’re located (Toronto = West, Ottawa = East), but also two distinct styles: an East vs. West Coast IPA.

History repeats itself and we’re back in orbit once again, brewing West of the Moon for this year’s return.

Our version pours crystal clear with bold notes of tangerine, apricot, and cedar, a proper West Coast crusher if you will.

Together they showcase the multitude of hoppy outcomes that come from similar beginnings, and the abundance inherent in T-E-A-M-W-O-R-K.
