第18弾のテーマは、爽やかな夏を演出する“Brett Saison”。2024年にリリースした「Parallel 35 BA Version」を、さらにアップデートさせ、2つの液種をご用意しました。

3つの赤ワイン樽でそれぞれ7か月かけて熟成させた原酒に、静岡県産のいちご（きらぴ香・紅ほっぺ・あきひめ・ベリーポップ）を投入。

いちごの甘酸っぱい香りに、バニラのような甘いアロマ。さらにアプリコットやオレンジ、赤肉メロンを思わせる芳醇なフレーバー。後口には胡椒やコリアンダーを連想させるスパイシーな印象が加わりつつも、フルーティーな余韻が広がっていく。

Where there are Paradise Planets, there are (likely) sentinels. How fast can you find that red contraption, disable it and get to settling? Finding the elusive Crimson Pillar feels like getting lucky sometimes - and perhaps having a glass of this saison should as well? Crimson Pillar takes the base Paradise Planet and intermingles (blends) 4 varieties of local strawberries to completely alter the flavor profile. Woody oak notes combined with sweet strawberry, stone fruit and citrus bringing up the back end. For strawberry fans the aroma might not hit quite as hard as you’d like, sacrificed it a touch in the name of balance and we think you’ll love it.

When opening these bottles, a corkscrew wine opener may be needed. Do not disturb the bottle during storage and store upright. Do not agitate the bottle before pouring. There will always be a layer of yeast and bacteria at the bottom of these bottles that should not be poured into the glass and remain in the bottle. Pour gently and slowly tilt the angle of the bottle to prevent the settled microorganisms from entering the glass.
