第18弾のテーマは、爽やかな夏を演出する“Brett Saison”。2024年にリリースした「Parallel 35 BA Version」を、さらにアップデートさせ、2つの液種をご用意しました。

ウイスキーからワイン、更には日本酒の醸造を経てWCBが受け継いだ木樽と、赤ワイン樽で熟成した原酒をブレンドさせ、7か月熟成したノーマル版は、ファンキーでありながら、ほのかに日本酒を思わせる繊細で淡い味わいに。

アプリコットやネクタリンにグレープフルーツやレモンを思わせるフルーティーさ。ファンキーなアロマに、木樽由来のオークの印象。さらには白ワインのようなフレーバーに、ディルやレモングラスのハーブ感。後口には、ほのかに香るスパイシーさも。

Yes, the Hop Dude has been playing a lot of lately. Plane rides infinitely more interesting fosho. And while wandering the vast, undiscovered reaches of the universe, you might find the perfect planet (name it make a base and get to farming imo). Paradise Planet is a rare one for us - where most of our GMT BA offerings of the non-stout persuasion are sours, a BA Brett Saison feels like an awesome change of pace. Aromatics are on the funky end with hints of apricot and melon, while the flavor pushes citrusy grapefruit and herbal notes. Refreshing, light, and perfect to pair with your summer evening cuisine.

■Storage: 15C

When opening these bottles, a corkscrew wine opener may be needed. Do not disturb the bottle during storage and store upright. Do not agitate the bottle before pouring. There will always be a layer of yeast and bacteria at the bottom of these bottles that should not be poured into the glass and remain in the bottle. Pour gently and slowly tilt the angle of the bottle to prevent the settled microorganisms from entering the glass.
