Bright green in the glass, with citrus and kiwi pulp hitting the nose right away. Kiwi Lime Gose is a Sour Gose built on clean lactic acidity and a precise salinity that lengthens each sip.
On the palate it is snappy. Light body, lively carbonation, no bitterness. The acidity cuts, the kiwi rounds it out, the lime dries it. A dry, salty finish that sends you straight back to the glass.
